Responsibilities

• Lead formal training, coaching, and workshops across the AI-powered SDLC.
• Coach structured prompt design and ambiguity resolution.
• Train engineers on automated vulnerability scanning and OWASP checks.
• Guide AI-assisted architecture, task breakdown, and milestone planning.
• Establish governance for code review, testing, and documentation.
• Embed AI tools into CI/CD pipelines with validation gates.
