Job summary

Ultimate Knowledge Institute is seeking an AI Workflow Engineer to architect our agentic SDLC from the ground up, designing formalized pipelines where AI agents plan, build, test, review, and ship alongside senior US-based engineers.

This role focuses on building guardrails, governance, and measurement to prove the system works, integrating GitOps/CI/CD and modern AI tooling, with a mission to advance workforce readiness and national cyber defense.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building AI/LLM systems in production.
• Designing and operating agentic workflows and multi-step orchestration.
• Experience with GitOps and CI/CD pipelines is required.
• Knowledge of grounded AI patterns: RAG, context engineering, and observability.
• Strong coding skills in JavaScript/TypeScript and/or Python.

Responsibilities

• Build our agentic SDLC pipeline across planning, code generation, review, testing, and release; integrate with GitOps/CI/CD.
• Improve developer experience with AI integrations, automated review, and self-service tooling.
• Develop grounded, trustworthy AI systems with verifiable results and evaluation harnesses.
• Establish governance, guardrails, and security controls for responsible AI adoption.
• Create scalable playbooks and platforms to extend agentic acceleration beyond engineering.
