Job summary

Reddit is seeking a Senior, Business Risk and AI Automation, to build an AI-first internal audit and risk function. You will design AI-driven testing for SOX controls and collaborate across Finance, Legal, and HR to mitigate risk while driving efficiency.

You will lead AI-enabled assurance programs, scale testing, and champion automation in risk management, shaping how a mission-driven tech company governs itself in a rapidly evolving landscape.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in a Big 4 accounting firm, internal audit, and/or compliance function with a passion for technology and automation.
• Experience supporting internal controls and SOX testing in technology/ platform environments.
• Certifications such as CPA, CIA, CISA, or CISSP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Architect and scale SOX compliance programs using AI-driven testing.
• Test core business process controls (financial reporting, revenue recognition, payroll, equity compensation) with agentic AI.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Sales, People & Culture to strengthen controls and drive improvements.
• Champion the use of AI and automation in risk management; contribute to a culture of innovation in Risk Advisory.
