Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 12+ years designing and building enterprise software, services or platforms.
- Hands-on AI-powered software in production environments.
- Experience with LLMs, generative/agentic AI, ML, or orchestration frameworks.
- Strong cloud-native, APIs, distributed systems, design patterns, security.
- Experience building scalable enterprise platforms or reusable capabilities.
- Experience integrating AI into enterprise software products or workflows.
- Proven ability to lead complex technical initiatives from concept to production.
- Strong DevOps, CI/CD, observability, governance, and lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication to influence across teams and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Develop AI-powered software solutions for Enterprise Quality Engineering.
- Create intelligent applications, AI services, APIs, and reusable frameworks.
- Build AI agents to improve software testing, quality, and productivity.
- Deliver scalable, secure, production-ready enterprise software.
- Integrate AI capabilities into development and QA processes.
- Evaluate new AI technologies and prototype solutions.
- Provide technical leadership, architecture guidance, and mentorship.
- Collaborate with engineering, architecture, product, security, and data teams.
- Establish best practices for AI development, governance, and observability.
- Help shape long-term AI and quality engineering strategy.
