You will collaborate with engineering leadership, product teams, and Principal Engineers to establish scalable testing strategies, patterns, and quality standards across teams.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of professional software or software quality engineering experience.
• Strong debugging and systems-thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently in ambiguous startup environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automated QA frameworks for ASP.NET platforms.
• Apply AI-assisted tooling to improve testing coverage and productivity.
• Develop end-to-end UI automation for dynamic workflows.
• Create API, integration, and regression testing infrastructure.
• Improve release confidence via intelligent automation and observability.
