Qualifications

8+ years of experience as a business analyst or system analyst.
Strong elicitation, analysis, documentation and validation of requirements.
Experience collaborating with software engineering teams and architects.
Familiarity with APIs, microservices, cloud platforms, and modern architectures.
Knowledge of SDLC and Agile delivery frameworks.
Experience with AI-assisted development and tooling is a plus.

Responsibilities

Translate business objectives into actionable technical requirements and specifications.
Create structured user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
Maintain traceability, completeness, and alignment with business outcomes.
Lead requirement workshops and stakeholder reviews during backlog refinement.
Define and govern spec-driven development templates and standards.
Collaborate with product, engineering, QA, and AI teams to ensure quality and delivery.
