Moody's is seeking a Product Analyst to lead the translation of business needs into engineering-ready user stories and measurable outcomes. You will own product analysis from discovery to delivery, partner with UX and data teams, and apply AI tools to streamline workflows.

The role emphasizes responsible AI use, structured backlog management, and collaboration across engineering and analytics teams to deliver high-impact digital solutions for Moody's Ratings and partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Analyst supporting agile product lifecycle development.
• Experience independently managing requirements and design-related activities for complex, multi-system initiatives.
• Translate business needs, user feedback, and data analysis into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Demonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts, with hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Translate product vision and business requirements into engineering-ready user stories, acceptance criteria, and measurable delivery outcomes.
• Take ownership of product analysis deliverables from discovery through implementation, identifying risks and driving follow-through across teams.
• Work directly with end users and business partners to understand needs, validate requirements, and deliver quality products and data.
• Leverage AI tools to improve speed, quality, and efficiency of product analysis, documentation, backlog management, and collaboration.
• Maintain an evergreen product roadmap and prioritized backlog to ensure high-value work and clear delivery timelines.
• Apply strong technical acumen with engineering and analytics teams to resolve delivery challenges.
• Lead with curiosity and foster a culture of innovation, inclusion, and accountability.
