Qualifications

• ICC certification relevant to building plan review.
• Hands-on permitting experience in the United States (min 2 years).
• Familiarity with IBC/IRC and state/local amendments.
• Ability to review and correct AI-generated pass/fail rationales.

Responsibilities

• Review and correct pass/fail verdicts on PDF plans using the in-tool editing toolkit.
• QA and correct labeling: review AI-generated outputs and fix mislabeled data.
• Explain which code requirement applies and why with citations.
• Provide written rationales that align with real permit reviewer expectations.
