Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Senior Offensive Security Engineer, AI-Driven Red Team & Tooling, to build and deploy AI-enabled offensive tooling and to execute live engagements across pen-testing, purple-team, and red-team scenarios.

You will drive the development of production-grade AI agents, perform live testing on enterprise AI systems, and collaborate with security teams to improve overall defenses while advancing offensive capabilities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in offensive operations (red team, pentest, purple team, or bug bounty).
• Production-level Python engineering experience.
• Hands-on with agentic AI: building/operating AI agents or LLM apps.
• Experience testing AI/ML systems: prompt injection, jailbreaking, adversarial techniques.

Responsibilities

• Build production-grade agentic tooling and AI agents.
• Execute penetration tests (network, web, cloud, infra) using tooling.
• Perform purple-team exercises with defensive partners.
• Lead red-team operations and test enterprise AI systems.
