Job summary

encora10 is seeking a Senior Engineer to drive automation, AI adoption, and operational efficiency across a global infrastructure. Build scalable automation and AI-driven workflows spanning network, cloud, and security, collaborating with infrastructure teams to remove manual work.

The role requires 5+ years in automation/engineering with deep Python, Terraform, Ansible, Git, and CI/CD experience, plus production deployment expertise and GenAI familiarity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Automation/Platform/Software/Infra Automation.
• Strong Python, REST APIs, Terraform, Ansible, Git/GitHub, and CI/CD experience.
• Proven production automation deployments.
• Familiarity with GenAI, LLMs, LangChain, or similar.
• Excellent communication, ownership, and proactive problem-solving with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation solutions using Python, REST APIs, infrastructure-as-code, and modern automation frameworks.
• Build and implement AI-powered workflows leveraging GenAI, agentic AI frameworks, RAG architectures, and enterprise AI platforms.
• Automate provisioning, monitoring, troubleshooting, compliance validation, and remediation across network, cloud, and security environments.
• Partner with Network, Cloud, Security, and Infrastructure teams to identify and deliver automation opportunities.
• Develop integrations across enterprise platforms and operational tools.
• Build automation solutions from concept through production deployment.
• Drive automation initiatives across multiple technology domains to improve reliability, speed, and operational efficiency.
