Job summary

Coforge is seeking a Senior Network Automation & AI Engineer to drive automation across its global infrastructure. The role emphasizes delivering scalable Python-based automation, AI-powered workflows, and robust integrations with enterprise platforms.

You will collaborate with Network, Cloud, Security, and Infrastructure teams to identify opportunities and deploy automation from concept to production, enabling faster, more reliable operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Automation Engineering, Platform Engineering, Software Engineering, or Infrastructure Automation.
• Strong expertise in Python, REST APIs, Terraform, Ansible, Git/GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven experience building and deploying automation solutions into production environments.
• Familiarity with GenAI technologies, Agentic AI frameworks, LLMs, MCP, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar platforms.
• Strong automation-first mindset with a passion for eliminating manual work.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong ownership, accountability, and follow-through.
• Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to drive initiatives with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation solutions using Python, APIs, Infrastructure-as-Code, and modern automation frameworks.
• Build and implement AI-powered workflows leveraging GenAI, Agentic AI frameworks, RAG architectures, and enterprise AI platforms.
• Automate provisioning, monitoring, troubleshooting, compliance validation, and remediation across network, cloud, and security environments.
• Partner closely with Network, Cloud, Security, and Infrastructure teams to identify and deliver automation opportunities.
• Develop integrations across enterprise platforms and operational tools.
• Build automation solutions from concept through production deployment.
• Drive automation initiatives across multiple technology domains to improve reliability, speed, and operational efficiency.

• · Experience working with multi-cloud environments such as Azure, GCP, and OCI.


• · Experience supporting large-scale retail or distributed enterprise environments.


• · Strong networking knowledge.
