Technica Corporation seeks a highly skilled Full-Stack Software Engineer to drive rapid development in an AI-assisted environment. You will write, review, and refactor Java/Spring Boot back-end and Angular front-end code, leveraging AI tools for boilerplate, unit tests, and modernization while ensuring security and adherence to AWS and PostgreSQL standards.

The role is onsite at a government facility in Chantilly, VA, with hybrid arrangements only with customer approval.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT related field or equivalent education/experience.
5 years of software engineering experience.
Active Top-Secret with SCI and CI Poly eligibility.
3+ years of Java/Springboot experience.
3+ years of Angular experience.
3+ years of PostgreSQL experience.
Experience with AI-assisted development workflows.

Responsibilities

Write, review, and refactor Java (Spring Boot) back-end and Angular front-end code.
Use AI tools to generate boilerplate, write unit tests, and perform modernization tasks.
Ensure AI-generated outputs adhere to security, AWS, and PostgreSQL standards.
Manually review, debug, and optimize code to prevent integration issues and low-quality abstractions.
