Responsibilities

Own the integrations roadmap and sequencing, and define scope with stakeholders.
Draft clear requirements and specifications for each integration.
Maintain API and data model alignment with partner teams and engineering leads.
Define the internal definition of done: customer workflows work end-to-end.
Identify edge cases early to prevent late-stage rework.
Collaborate with partner teams to negotiate feasible approaches.
Track partner roadmaps, deprecation timelines, and reliability posture.
