Zusammenfassung

Gusto is seeking a Senior Sales Operations Analyst to support the Health Insurance (HI) Sales team, driving data-driven insights and AI-powered solutions for 80+ reps. You’ll bridge data, process, and execution to move the numbers and enable smarter sales strategies.

Work with Sales Leadership, RevOps, Finance and Analytics to forecast, design reports, and implement scalable AI-driven workflows that boost efficiency and accuracy across weekly forecasts and monthly reviews.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in Sales Ops, RevOps, or similar analytical GTM role in SaaS/fintech.

Aufgaben

• Build, automate, and maintain reports and dashboards tracking sales performance, funnel metrics, pipeline health, SLAs, and rep productivity.
• Partner with RevOps, Finance, Marketing, and Analytics to produce operational reporting, revenue insights, and forecasting models.
• Own metric definitions and data accuracy so leaders trust the numbers they act on.
• Identify and prototype AI and automation tools to remove manual friction from the sales process.
• Embed AI into daily sales workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Source and lead AI projects connecting data insights to process improvements.
• Examine workflows and rep performance to identify bottlenecks and drive improvements.
• Document processes, build playbooks, and drive adoption of new tools.
• Provide day-to-day support to HI Sales leadership and reps: data requests, issues, investigations.
• Support territory, quota planning, and monthly sales-compensation reconciliation.
• Troubleshoot reporting issues and gaps in pipeline visibility.
