Job summary

MountainSeed, the largest commercial real estate services marketplace, is hiring a Senior Full-Stack Developer to design and build an AI-powered application across the full stack.

You will lead front-end, back-end, and infrastructure efforts, leverage AI agents, and integrate AWS Bedrock capabilities to push rapid prototyping and scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience as a full-stack developer.
• Agile mindset with rapid prototyping and speed-to-value.
• Front End: Angular or React, JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Back End: Python; also .NET, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, RDS.
• Infrastructure: AWS (EC2, EKS/Kubernetes, Lambda, RDS, S3, IAM, Cognito, CloudWatch, Bedrock).
• Quality: automated tests (unit/integration/end-to-end) and CI/CD.
• AI: experience with AI coding agents to accelerate development and build AI-powered features.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, and iterate quickly on prototypes and production-ready applications.
• Lead full-stack development across front-end, back-end, and infrastructure.
• Leverage AI coding agents daily to accelerate development and quality.
• Design, build, and evolve AI-powered features, integrating LLMs and AI infrastructure into the product.
• Develop APIs and cloud-native services on AWS.
• Collaborate with architecture, product management, and DevOps to shape requirements.
• Work with DevOps to ensure deployments, scalability, and operational excellence.
• Take ownership with CI/CD and automated testing, with feature flags for smooth releases.
• Contribute to a culture of experimentation, agility, and continuous improvement.
• Write and maintain automated tests (unit, integration, end-to-end) and mentor juniors.
