Sweet James Accident Attorneys, an AI-powered personal injury firm in Orange County, CA, is seeking a senior full-stack engineer. You will design, build, and ship internal apps used by staff, incorporating AI to save time and improve accuracy.

You’ll lead projects end-to-end, review peers, and own production systems while protecting patient data. You will work on a modern stack (React/Next.js, Node/TypeScript, Python, Postgres) and integrate with Salesforce/Litify, Microsoft Graph, Zoom, Twilio,

Qualifications

• 6+ years building production software (full-stack).
• Front end: React or Next.js. Back end: Node/TS or Python.
• Production SQL and data modeling in Postgres.
• LLM-powered features shipped to real users (prompt/design, retrieval, eval).
• Cloud deployment: Docker, Azure or AWS; CI/CD; monitoring; uptime.

Responsibilities

• Build full-stack apps used by staff from UI to service and DB.
• Integrate AI inside apps to save time and automate tasks.
• Connect firm systems (Salesforce/Litify, Outlook, SharePoint, Zoom, Twilio, DocuSign).
• Lead projects end to end from design to shipped results; mentor engineers.
• Code quality: reviews, tests, runbooks.
• Deploy and monitor services on Azure; fix issues quickly.
• Grow the team: mentoring engineers and helping hiring.
• Protect client data with least-privilege access and audit trails.
