Sweet James Accident Attorneys in Orange County, CA, is seeking a senior full-stack engineer who builds with AI daily. You will design and ship internal apps used by staff, from UI to service and database, and embed AI to save time.

You will lead projects end-to-end, review peers’ work, and own production deployments. The role requires 6+ years of production software experience, front-end React/Next.js, back-end Node/TypeScript or Python, and strong data modeling in Postgres.

Qualifications

• 6+ years building production software, full-stack: React/Next.js front end and Node/TypeScript or Python back end.
• Production SQL and data modeling in Postgres.
• LLM-powered features shipped to real users with prompt design and evaluation.
• Cloud deployment and operations: Docker, Azure or AWS, CI/CD, uptime ownership.
• Experience leading projects and mentoring engineers.
• Clear writing for design docs and runbooks.

Responsibilities

• Build full-stack apps staff use daily with React/Next.js and Node/TypeScript or Python.
• Integrate AI features to save time and improve workflows.
• Connect Salesforce/Litify, Outlook/SharePoint, Zoom, Twilio, and DocuSign.
• Lead projects end to end from design to production and measure value.
• Maintain code quality with reviews, tests, and evaluation sets.
• Deploy and monitor containerized services on Azure, fix issues quickly.
• Mentor Software Engineers I and II and assist hiring.
• Safeguard client data with least-privilege and audit trails.
