Job summary

Sweet James Accident Attorneys is seeking a hands-on full-stack engineer to build AI-powered production apps in Orange County, CA. You will own features end-to-end—from UI to services and AI integration—deploying on Azure, with a strong emphasis on secure data handling and rapid iteration.

Responsibilities include crafting AI features, integrating with Salesforce/Litify and Microsoft Graph, and ensuring tests and runbooks accompany every release.

Qualifications

• 3- to 5-year track record building production software, full-stack: React or Next.js plus Node/TypeScript or Python.
• SQL and Postgres proficiency.
• At least one LLM-powered feature shipped to real users.
• Integrations via REST APIs and webhooks.
• Git, code review and Docker, plus cloud deployment experience (Azure preferred).
• Care with sensitive data and ability to explain technical work clearly.

Responsibilities

• Build full-stack features with React/Next.js screens and Node/Python services.
• Develop AI features for document extraction, classification and routing.
• Connect the firm’s systems with Salesforce/Litify, Outlook, SharePoint, Zoom, Twilio and DocuSign.
• Test before shipping with automated tests and AI evaluation metrics.
• Run and monitor containerized services on Azure and fix issues in production.
• Learn the workflow by sitting with staff before building and training users.
• Document each system so others can operate it.
