Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Finance Reinvention Senior Manager to lead transformative F&A programs for Fortune 500 clients. You will drive sales, shape solutions, and deliver AI-enabled finance operating-model reinventions, building CFO and CAO level relationships.

Required: 10+ years in F&A transformation, 5+ years in PTP/OTC/RTR/FP&A, BA in Finance/Accounting. CPA preferred. Travel up to 30% may be required in this senior client-facing role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 10 years in large-scale F&A transformation, consulting, or BPO with a sales/revenue component.
• Minimum 5 years in PTP, OTC, RTR, or FP&A.

Responsibilities

• Lead F&A sales and practice — manage the full deal lifecycle from pursuit through execution for global enterprise clients.
• Drive CFO-level relationships and generate new opportunities.
• Design AI-first Finance solutions using agentic AI and ERP technologies.
• Shape compelling value propositions to win large managed services deals.
• Deliver deep domain expertise in at least one F&A tower (PTP, OTC, RTR, FP&A).
• Set the thought leadership agenda in Finance Reinvention and AI in F&A.
