Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Finance Reinvention Senior Manager to lead finance transformation for Fortune 500 clients, combining deep F&A expertise with AI and ERP technologies. You will shape, sell, and deliver large-scale engagements, building CFO and CAO relationships while driving value-driven outcomes.

You will own the full deal lifecycle, design AI-first solutions, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver measurable improvements in F&A operating models across PTP, OTC, RTR, or FP&A domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
• 10+ years in large-scale F&A transformation, consulting, or BPO with a sales/revenue component.
• 5+ years deep experience in PTP, OTC, RTR, or FP&A.

Responsibilities

• Lead F&A Sales and Practice — Own the full deal lifecycle from pursuit and origination through shaping, oral presentations, workshops, co-design, and project execution for global enterprise clients.
• Drive CFO-level relationships — Advise CFOs/CAOs and Finance leadership, influencing strategy and generating opportunities.
• Design AI-first Finance solutions — Apply agentic AI and ERP technologies to reinvent F&A operating models with clear value outcomes.
• Shape compelling value propositions — Translate transformation programs into narratives that win CFO confidence and close deals.
• Deliver deep domain expertise — Lead in at least one F&A tower (PTP, OTC, RTR, FP&A), driving re-engineering and digital transformation.
• Set the thought leadership agenda — Contribute to market-facing perspectives on Finance Reinvention and AI in F&A.
