Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a Sr. Business Transformation Analyst in Finance to drive enterprise-wide initiatives that improve growth, performance, and innovation.

You will translate data insights into actionable strategies while collaborating with cross-functional teams across the organization. You will identify high-impact AI use cases, define success metrics with leadership, and monitor progress, embedding continuous improvement in every transformation effort.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT/CS, Finance/Economics, Data Science/Analytics or related field preferred.
• CBTP, CBAP, PMI-PBA, or PMP certifications preferred.
• Six (6) years of related experience in business analysis and data analysis; AI & analytics experience highly preferred.
• Experience applying AI and analytics to business processes is highly preferred.
• Working knowledge of large language models and AI applications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.

• Engages with stakeholders across departments to understand business needs and align transformation efforts with organizational goals.
• Assists in the design and delivery of transformation programs, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Identifies, prioritizes, and implements high-impact AI use cases in collaboration with tech and business leaders.
• Partners with leadership to define success metrics and monitors progress against transformation objectives.
• Tracks outcomes, manages risks, and embeds continuous improvement into all transformation efforts.
