Job summary

You will partner with leadership to define success metrics, manage programs, and embed continuous improvement while navigating ambiguity in a large organization. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• CBTP, CBAP, PMI-PBA or PMP preferred.
• Six years of related experience required.
• Experience applying AI and analytics to business processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports enterprise-wide transformation initiatives that align with growth objectives and deliver measurable impact.
• Engages with stakeholders across departments to understand business needs and align transformation efforts with organizational goals.
• Assists in the design and delivery of transformation programs, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Utilizes AI tools and technologies to automate workflows, enhance decision-making, and accelerate innovation.
• Identifies, prioritizes, and implements high-impact AI use cases in collaboration with tech and business leaders.
• Utilizes analytical rigor to diagnose challenges, solve problems, and inform decisions.
• Drives adoption and cultural alignment through proactive change management and stakeholder engagement.
• Partners with leadership to define success metrics and monitors progress against transformation objectives.
• Tracks outcomes, manages risks, and embeds continuous improvement into all transformation efforts.
