Qualifications

• Experience leading cross-functional solutioning across product, architecture, engineering, operations, compliance, finance and external partner teams.
• Ability to translate complex business and technical concepts into target-state architectures and executive recommendations.
• Experience in regulated healthcare/financial services environments with compliance and risk considerations.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise platform strategy and business architecture across digital platforms, banking integrations, payment ecosystems, reimbursement workflows, AI-enabled capabilities, and provider and member experiences.
• Translate opportunities into target-state architecture concepts, capability models, data handoffs, and integration patterns.
• Partner with architecture and engineering teams to define scalable approaches across experience layers, identity services, and external partner systems.
• Shape reusable platform capabilities to support multiple domains and future expansion, not one-off implementations.
• Lead solutioning for regulated financial workflows including funds movement, settlement, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Support solution design for healthcare benefit and reimbursement experiences, including claim intake and payment fulfillment.
