Responsibilities

• Perform wafer-level electrical characterization and reliability testing using SMUs and probe stations.
• Develop new device characterization test routines for emerging technologies.
• Translate requests into test configurations; execute measurements and deliver traceable reports.
• Develop Python scripts for instrument control, data processing, visualization, and large data analysis.
• Integrate AI/ML and anomaly-detection into testing workflows to improve efficiency and quality.
• Own test systems and manage calibration, maintenance, and training.
• Collaborate with engineers, facilities, vendors, and partners to expand capabilities.
