In a fast-paced War Room style, you transform requirements into precise prompts and specs, orchestrate AI-driven builds, and partner with product and design to deliver shipping-ready software in days.

Qualifications

• Experience reading, debugging, and extending AI-generated code.
• Proficiency in SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
• Experience with version control (Git).
• Hands-on directing AI coding assistants to produce production code.
• Proven prompt engineering and writing technical specs for AI tools.
• Ability to operate at high speed in an iteration-heavy delivery model.

Responsibilities

• Use AI coding tools as the primary means of writing, refactoring, and testing code.
• Translate product requirements into precise prompts and specs for AI agents.
• Rapidly prototype and ship new applications in compressed sprints.
• Review and harden AI-generated code for correctness, security, and performance.
• Orchestrate multi-step AI workflows for end-to-end feature builds.
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, and engineers to remove blockers.
• Maintain architecture, coding, and integration standards amid speed gains.
• Evaluate and adopt new AI tools to improve speed and quality.
