Job summary

Quantiphi, a leading AI-first digital engineering company, is seeking a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to architect and deliver enterprise-grade applications across full stack—from React UIs to Python microservices and data pipelines. You will mentor engineers, drive end-to-end design, and lead initiatives spanning software, data, and cloud infrastructure.

You will work in a fast-growth environment with exposure to Fortune 500 clients, modern AI tools, and cloud-native deployments.

Qualifications

9+ years of hands-on software engineering in large-scale systems.
Proven track record leading multi-component, enterprise-grade projects.
Strong architectural intuition across full-stack and data layers.
Expert-level knowledge of React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystems.
Deep experience with Python, FastAPI, and data workflows (PySpark).
Experience with AWS core services (EKS, RDS/Aurora) and high-throughput systems.
Ability to mentor engineers and drive delivery with ownership and accountability.
Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and modern SDLC practices.

Responsibilities

Lead planning, architecture, and execution of large-scale initiatives and multi-component systems.
Drive end-to-end technical design ensuring resilience, performance, and alignment with platform strategy.
Identify technical debt, blockers, and bottlenecks to improve health and delivery.
Mentor engineers and raise the technical bar across the team.
Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with software and data engineers, product partners, and stakeholders.
Advocate for scalable, maintainable engineering standards and AI-assisted workflows.
