Job summary

Quantiphi is seeking a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer in the United States to lead architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications spanning the full stack from React UIs to Python microservices and data pipelines. You will shape technical strategy, drive multi-component initiatives, and ensure scalable, high-quality solutions.

You will mentor engineers, leverage AI-assisted workflows, and collaborate with product partners and data teams to deliver resilient systems in cloud

Qualifications

9+ years of hands-on software engineering experience building and scaling complex, production-grade systems.
Proven track record of technical influence, mentorship, and delivering high-impact projects.
Strong architectural intuition with expertise in full-stack development and modern data architecture.

Responsibilities

Lead the planning, architecture, and execution of large-scale technical initiatives and multi-component systems.
Drive end-to-end technical design for complex features, ensuring resilience, performance, and alignment with platform strategy.
Identify technical debt and bottlenecks to continuously improve system health and delivery.
Mentor engineers and elevate the technical bar across the team.
Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across software engineers, data engineers, product partners, and stakeholders.
Promote modern engineering practices and AI-assisted development tools across the SDLC.
Serve as a technical authority and advocate for scalable engineering standards.
