Job summary

Archer, in collaboration with BlackRock, seeks an experienced leader for the Aladdin data implementation practice. You will manage multiple client projects across data domains, drive AI-enabled transformation, and deliver measurable productivity gains while maintaining quality.

The role demands strong communication, project leadership, and hands-on data analytics skills. The position offers a hybrid work model in Wilmington, DE with a salary range of USD 170,000 to 225,000 plus eligible bonus

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; CS or engineering preferred.
• 8+ years in investment/data technology implementation or related roles.
• Familiarity with investment data and analytics; private markets a plus.
• Experience applying Agentic AI or LLM-based tools to automate or augment business processes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end client implementation projects, including requirements analysis, data onboarding, configuration, validation, and reconciliation.
• Identify manual, repetitive, or high-friction activities across the implementation lifecycle and apply Agentic AI/LLM workflows to reduce effort and cycle time.
• Establish baseline delivery metrics and track improvements enabled by AI, targeting measurable productivity gains while maintaining quality and control.
• Collaborate with transformation and engineering teams to industrialize AI patterns into the standard operating model.
