Job summary

Qualifications

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in software and platform engineering.
• Proficient in designing and building scalable APIs and microservices.
• Strong Kubernetes proficiency with Helm, Kustomize, CRDs.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• ,
• Knowledge of infrastructure as code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Solid understanding of networking, security, and API gateways in cloud environments.
• Proficiency in Rust and C++.
• Distributed systems, cluster orchestration, and management.
• Knowledge of PyTorch, Jax, Numpy and Python.
• Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana.
• Experience in Agile development with collaboration skills.
• Grit in facing technical obstacles.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable AI platform for investment tech.
• Implement and manage Kubernetes clusters for deploying AI models.
• Build cloud-native infrastructure across AWS, GCP, Azure.
• Develop automated pipelines for training, testing, deployment of ML models.
• Ensure security and compliance of the platform.
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance/reliability issues.
• Translate requirements into scalable technical designs.
• Apply quality software engineering practices through the SDLC.
• Collaborate with multi-office teams across countries.
