Job summary

You will mentor engineers, collaborate with product managers and data scientists, and drive architectural decisions for high-performance, data-driven reporting that impacts millions of customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 5+ years of programming with at least one language.
• 5+ years of leading design or architecture of new and existing systems.
• Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team.
• 5+ years of full SDLC experience, including coding standards, reviews, source control, builds, tests, and operations.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable, high-performance software systems that leverage advanced generative AI technologies.
• Develop and implement ML algorithms to optimize advertising performance and customer insights.
• Collaborate with product managers, scientists, and design teams to create intelligent advertising experiences.
