Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field and 7+ years DevOps experience, or advanced degrees with related experience.
• 2+ years scripting and automation skills (Python, Bash, Go).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
• Experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Responsibilities

• Implement end-to-end CI/CD workflows in large-scale distributed environments with zero downtime.
• Scale microservice platforms across regions focusing on Kubernetes and automated scaling.
• Lead cross-functional DevOps projects from inception to completion with KPI-driven outcomes.
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, and product teams to optimize delivery pipelines.
• Promote IaC practices using Terraform, Helm, and GitOps frameworks.
• Evaluate and adopt new DevOps tools to improve resilience and productivity.
• Integrate AI-assisted tooling and day-to-day DevOps activities to boost efficiency.
• Participate in on-call rotation and act as DevOps SME.
