Job summary

Google is seeking a Senior Staff Software Engineer for AI Developer Tools in Cloud Gemini Enterprise to own multi-year technical outlook and architectural cohesion across NYC and the West Coast. You will design unifying protocols connecting developer tools, Cloud infrastructure, and sandboxed runtimes in Vertex AI for first- and third-party agents.

Design end-to-end AI developer platform architectures.
Set and enforce agent communication standards and isolation primitives.
Drive performance and latency targets and lead architecture reviews.
Mentor senior engineers and propagate deep technical knowledge across teams.
Collaborate with Vertex AI, DeepMind, and Cloud Security on cross-organizational initiatives.
