Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in software development.
• 7 years leading technical project strategy, ML design, and optimizing industry-scale ML infrastructure.
• 5 years of experience with design and architecture; and testing/launching software products.
• 2 years of experience with GenAI techniques or related concepts (LLMs, multimodal, CV).

Responsibilities

• Design the end-to-end AI developer platform and establish technical roadmaps maximizing modularity across tools, agents, and Cloud infrastructure.
• Advocate industry-leading agent communication standards and establish robust isolation primitives for untrusted code.
• Set exceptional performance and latency standards, leading architecture design reviews to proactively eliminate technical debt.
• Serve as a senior technical mentor, fostering deep technical aptitude and knowledge sharing across Google Cloud.
• Partner with Principal and Distinguished Engineers across Vertex AI, DeepMind, and Cloud Security to align cross-organizational initiatives.
