Job summary

- Experience with Microsoft 365 development and Power Platform.
- Proven ability to design and build enterprise AI solutions.
- Experience in regulated environments.
- Experience across low-code and pro-code delivery.
- Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
- Experience with Copilot Studio and AI-assisted workflows.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and implement enterprise AI solutions across Microsoft 365.
- Lead complex implementation and mentor junior developers.
- Establish development standards and accelerate reusable capabilities.
- Collaborate with architects, PMs, security, and governance teams.
- Ensure packaging, ALM, testing, and release readiness.
