Qualifications

• 3+ years of senior-level software development experience, including at least 2+ years focused on AI development in an enterprise environment.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or similar for AI and cloud development.
• Hands-on experience building applications or agents with generative-AI platforms and SDKs (e.g., Vertex AI, Anthropic).
• Experience delivering production-grade AI solutions with reliability and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship AI agents and applications for enterprise use.
• Translate business problems into AI solutions by clarifying needs and defining requirements.
• Own the full development lifecycle from design to deployment and enhancement.
• Launch short-term AI agents and features within quarterly timelines.
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems, APIs, and internal tools.
• Monitor and support AI solutions in production and improve user experience.
