Job summary

Noetic Global Corp. is seeking a Senior/Staff-level Individual Contributor to build AI-native products from scratch in an early-stage startup environment in Dallas.

You will own AI-powered feature development end-to-end, collaborating with Product and Engineering to translate requirements into scalable solutions. We're looking for hands-on leaders with 10+ years of software experience, 5+ years in product companies of Seed–Series A/B, and a passion for advancing AI tech.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience in a product company of Seed–Series A/B is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with AI technologies is mandatory.
• Experience shipping AI-powered products (agents, copilots, RAG, workflow automation) is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and own AI-powered product features end-to-end.
• Work closely with Product and Engineering to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Prototype and iterate quickly while maintaining production-quality standards.
• Evaluate and integrate new AI models, frameworks, and tooling.
• Contribute across the stack when needed (frontend, backend, infrastructure).
• Help shape technical direction through hands-on contribution rather than people management.

Background

• At least 5 years in a product company of similar size/stage (preferably Seed–Series A/B).
• Experience building customer-facing products.
• Hands-on experience with AI technologies is mandatory.
• Experience shipping AI-powered products (agents, copilots, RAG, workflow automation, etc.) is a strong advantage.
• DevOps / infrastructure experience is a plus.
• BSc/MSc in Computer Science is a plus.
