Job summary

Noetic Global Corp. is seeking a Senior/Staff-level Individual Contributor to build AI-native products from scratch in a fast-growing seed-stage startup in Dallas. You will design and own AI-powered features, prototype rapidly, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

Expect hands-on work across frontend, backend, and infra with a strong product focus. We value ownership, clear communication, and the ability to thrive in ambiguity.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• 5+ years in a product company of Seed–Series A/B size.
• Hands-on experience with AI technologies and AI-powered products.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and own AI-powered product features end-to-end.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Prototype and iterate quickly while maintaining production-quality standards.
• Evaluate and integrate new AI models, frameworks, and tooling.
• Contribute across the stack when needed (frontend, backend, infrastructure).
• Help shape technical direction through hands-on contribution.
