Job summary

Airbnb is seeking an experienced software leader to shape the AI for Developers roadmap and deliver scalable developer infrastructure across the company. You’ll own architecture, partner with multiple teams, and push for pragmatic, measurable improvements in productivity and reliability.

You’ll work in a remote-friendly US role, collaborating with a high-visibility Dev AI group to accelerate innovation and adoption of AI tools across the platform.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of industry experience in software engineering.
• Experience building developer infrastructure at scale.
• Hands-on AI experience applied to real-world software development challenges.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication.
• Proficiency in Go, Python, TypeScript, or Kotlin.
