Job summary

Crosslaketech is seeking an experienced software engineer for a remote US-based role focused on AI-native development. The candidate will build lightweight, high‑impact full‑stack tools across frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure within small autonomous pods.

You will leverage AI-enabled workflows to accelerate delivery, prototype quickly, and integrate with third‑party tools and internal systems. Strong emphasis on speed, iteration, and pragmatic decision-making.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong full‑stack capability across frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience deploying and operating applications in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Deep experience with AI coding tools and AI-enabled development practices.
• Design, build, and ship small, high‑impact full‑stack tools from concept to deployment.
• Own the full SDLC: design, development, testing, deployment, and iteration.
