NTT DATA seeks a senior AI Delivery Executive to lead delivery and growth across strategic client engagements, driving outcomes, quality, and transformation success. You will partner with Client Executives, AI GTM leaders, and technical leaders to move clients from strategy to scaled enterprise AI adoption.

The role blends leadership, delivery excellence, and commercial acumen, requiring governance, risk management, and accountable performance across a diverse delivery team.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 12+ years of experience in technology consulting, enterprise delivery, professional services, digital transformation, or related fields.
• 5+ years leading large-scale transformation programs, portfolios, or strategic client engagements.
• Demonstrated experience delivering AI, data, cloud, digital, applications, or enterprise technology transformation initiatives within professional services.
• 5+ years of hands on experience managing complex client relationships and influencing executive stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the senior AI Delivery lead for assigned strategic accounts and transformation programs.
• Build trusted relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, and transformation executives.
• Lead complex AI transformation programs from strategy through implementation and value realization.
• Establish governance structures, steering committees, and risk management practices.
• Identify and mitigate delivery, technical, commercial, and resource risks before they impact outcomes.
• Lead escalation management and recovery for at-risk engagements.
• Manage a portfolio of AI engagements with accountability for delivery performance and margin.
• Ensure engagements meet scope, timeline, and commercial commitments.
• Drive margin protection and prevent scope creep and resource imbalances.
• Partner with account leadership on financial planning, staffing, and investments.
• Identify new client opportunities through executive engagement and delivery proximity.
• Support account growth through workshops, reviews, and transformation planning.
• Provide delivery insights to strengthen pursuits and accelerate adoption.
• Guide clients through AI-enabled business transformation and organizational change.
• Ensure programs incorporate responsible AI, security, governance, privacy, and risk management.
