Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree with 8–10 years of relevant experience or 12–14 years.
• Expertise across ML techniques including NLP, CV, and deep learning.
• Proven end-to-end delivery of production-grade models in enterprise.
• Hands-on with cloud platforms (Azure) and big-data processing (Databricks, Kafka).
• Strong MLOps: CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes, monitoring performance.
• Experience with LLMs and AI ethics, privacy, and Enterprise security.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AI/ML solutions from data pipelines to production.
• Define architecture and guide scalable data/ML systems.
• Champion generative AI and retrieval methods with practical value.
• Own deployment, CI/CD, observability, and cost monitoring.
• Design systems for unstructured data with governance and reproducibility.
• Drive cross-functional discovery and synthesize insights for EPC planning.
• Ensure security and compliance with Bechtel standards.
• Set success metrics and run experiments to show business impact.
• Lead delivery team and coordinate between data scientists, engineers.
• Maintain stakeholder alignment and regular leadership briefings.
• Coach team and standardize patterns and review practices.
• Stay at the forefront of AI advances and bring jobsite-ready solutions.
