Qualifications

• Experience leading AI/ML delivery programs in Agile environments.
• Hands-on data engineering, data science, or architecture experience.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML architectures and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery including timeline and technical quality of Clinical Development AI use case solutions from ideation through production
• Apply product-centric approach with clear ownership, roadmaps, and user adoption metrics
• Manage Agile delivery including sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and releases
• Oversee the development of scalable solutions using Databricks, AWS, and Gilead's Data & AI enterprise platforms
• Maintain documentation and runbooks for Clinical Development data pipelines and agents; escalate technical risks
