Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years in AI with a relevant degree or 8+ with a Master’s or 5+ with a PhD.
• Hands-on AI/ML experience including deep learning and reinforcement learning.
• Ability to articulate challenges in high-stakes AI decision making.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and project leadership on cross-functional teams developing AI-enhanced decision systems.
• Develop AI-enabled decision-support prototypes based on workflow and operational needs.
• Propose and execute novel research in AI-enhanced decision systems.
• Evaluate AI solutions against sponsor requirements and provide actionable recommendations.
• Lead projects and teams to solve complex decision problems for sponsors.
• Convey complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences in briefings/white papers.
• Lead, mentor, and collaborate with technical staff.
