Job summary

Marlin Selection Ltd represents a global Oil & Gas business seeking a Senior AI & Data Project Manager to lead high-impact AI and data transformation programmes across a complex, fast-moving organisation.

You will work with senior leadership to modernise data platforms, reporting, and decision-making processes, manage multiple workstreams across Data Science, IT, Operations, and Governance, and deliver measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in AI/data delivery, analytics transformation, or consulting.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale data or AI programmes.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Azure, Fabric, Power BI, data governance, and GenAI.
• Comfortable operating in technical environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI & data programmes (concept to production).
• Drive multiple workstreams across Data Science, IT, Operations, Risk & commercial teams.
• Coordinate initiatives across Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI & data governance.
• Build executive reporting, governance frameworks, and track business impact.
• Manage external vendors and technology partners.
• Deliver strategic initiatives including Generative AI & AI agents.
• Workflow automation & analytics.
