Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on development experience in Python and distributed environments.
• 2–3+ years of technical leadership or project delivery ownership experience.
• Hands-on Databricks experience is highly preferred.

• Own end-to-end data engineering delivery across project lifecycle.
• Evaluate and adopt new technologies to improve capability and efficiency.
• Apply AI-assisted coding practices to accelerate delivery.
