Job summary

Dell Technologies is seeking a Principal Consultant in Austin TX (or US Remote) to lead AI/Data consulting efforts for enterprise customers. You will define requirements, design scalable AI architectures, and guide implementations from pilot to production with emphasis on on-prem and security considerations.

The role requires hands-on experience with GPU/AI hardware, MLOps tooling, and production datacenters, with strong customer-facing responsibilities and industry-standard tooling.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of leading GPU technologies and network optimization.
• Experience with optimization frameworks for GPU utilization and ML tasks.
• Experience applying generative AI models (NLP, CV, text/data augmentation).
• Expertise in model/ops frameworks and production-grade software (NVAIE or OpenSource).
• Production datacenter experience and familiarity with infosec policies/controls.

Responsibilities

• Help customers achieve AI outcomes from pilot to production.
• Define requirements and design architectures for scalable AI deployments.
• Collaborate with customers on on-prem and cloud integrations and security considerations.
