Job summary

Lemonade is hiring a Senior AI Data Scientist in New York. You will own pricing-model projects end-to-end, from problem scoping to production deployment, working across Home, Renters, Car and Pet lines with global reach.

You'll collaborate across AI, data science, actuarial, and product teams in a hybrid Soho/NYC office role requiring 3 days on-site. A strong track record in shipping production-grade AI is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of data science or AI with production deployment experience.
• Strong Python and SQL skills for data processing and model building.
• Ability to scope complex problems and design scalable technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Research and apply advanced ML/AI solutions to pricing and underwriting problems.
• Own projects end-to-end from strategy to deployment.
• Collaborate with Insurance team to develop and monitor predictive models.
