Job summary

Exelixis, Inc. seeks a Senior AI Data Scientist in Alameda to develop, train, and validate AI/ML models. This role requires optimizing complex clinical datasets for drug development and entails significant responsibilities within the AI/ML landscape.

The successful candidate will have substantial experience in building machine-learning models and automating workflows. Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL is required, along with a solid foundation in AI methodologies.

We offer a competitive salary between $143,500 and $203,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years or Master's with 5+ years of AI/ML experience.
• Familiarity with CDISC standards (SDTM, ADaM) is required.
• Experience in developing and maintaining data pipelines for cloud-based platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and validate AI/ML models on clinical datasets.
• Create interactive dashboards for clinical data review and monitoring.
• Collaborate on AI/ML project milestones with various teams.
