Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Computational Linguistics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field; Ph.D. preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, NLP, or AI with hands-on experience deploying NLP/GenAI solutions.
• Proven track record of taking ML/NLP/GenAI solutions from experiments to production.
• Translate open-ended research into practical outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills as a senior contributor across technical teams.

Responsabilités

• Research and evaluate emerging NLP, ML, DL, and GenAI techniques.
• Investigate ambiguous problems, form hypotheses, run comparative experiments.
• Design and build NLP, ML, DL, and transformer-based solutions.
• Develop data pipelines and data-quality strategies for evolving use cases.
• Develop and evaluate LLM/GenAI solutions and optimize models.
• Design rigorous experiments and benchmarks to measure systems.
• Take NLP/AI solutions from research to production deployment.
