Qualifications

• Strong expertise in ML, DL, NLP, IR, analytics, and model evaluation.
• Experience delivering complex ML systems across Generative AI, CV, multimodal AI, or DL.
• Ability to translate customer and business needs into technical requirements and scalable production solutions.
• Strong cross-functional communication with product, engineering, and leadership.

Responsabilités

• Lead, mentor, and grow a high‑performing team of Applied Scientists and ML Engineers.
• Define the technical roadmap and science investment strategy for LLMs, image/video generation, and multimodal models.
• Translate business opportunities into AI product strategy and measurable outcomes.
• Oversee end‑to‑end ML/GenAI development: data strategy, experiments, model development, eval, deployment, and iteration.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, data, and business teams to deliver AI solutions for Walmart's platforms.
